Shipping is FREE within Australia for orders over $60 and over. Orders below $60 will incur an $8 shipping fee.

We use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post within Australia. You will be sent a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your parcel at www.fastway.com.au or www.australiapost.com.au.
Australia Post Express Shipping is available for a shipping fee of $15.

We can ship to other countries* upon request. Please contact us to ask for a shipping quote.
*Note that there are restrictions on some products and some cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange.
Provided the shoes are;
• UNWORN and in original condition
• Within 30 days of purchase. Please include receipt/invoice with all returns

• Refund are processed by original payment method
• Your financial institute can take up to 5 business few days to return the funds to your account
