Return or Exchange
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange.
Provided the shoes are;
* UNWORN and in original condition
* Within 30 days of purchase
Please complete the Greens Footwear Returns Card located with your purchase and package your shoes in a bag for protection (we will not accept taped up shoe boxes without protection).
Return postage is payable by the customer and Australia Post is recommended. To create a return through Australia Post click here.

* Your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.
Faulty Shoes
Your shoes are warranted against manufacturing faults. If you believe your shoes to be faulty please contact us by phone 02 95232620 or email, sales@greensfootwear.com.au before returning your shoes as they will need to be assessed.
Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Shipping
Shipping is FREE on orders over $60 within Australia.
We use Australia Post signature on delivery service to post your parcels. If you would like the option to have your parcel left in a safe place then please specify in the notes section when placing your order.
Not from Australia? We also ship to USA, New Zealand and Singapore at an additional cost. Please contact us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au for a shipping price.
NOTE: that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations.
