Returns Policy

 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

 

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange.

Provided the shoes are

* UNWORN and in original condition

* Within 30 days of purchase.  please include receipt/invoice with all returns

* Postage is payable by customer and Australia Post is recommended 

* Refund are processed by original payment method

* Please keep in mind your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.

 

 

For WORN Shoes

 Goods are warranted against manufacturing faults. Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. However please contact us +61 2 95232620 or sales@greensfootwear.com.au for further advice.

 Shoes maybe returned to Suppliers for a further assessment.

 Postage is payable by customer and Australia Post is recommended 

 Refunds are processed by the original method of payment

We use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post which is free within Australia

 

above $60 or $8 below

 

We can ship to different countries including

 

USA,New Zealand, Singapore at aditional cost

 Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
