SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 being posted within Australia. For orders under $100 a flat $10 shipping fee will occur.

We use an Australia Post signature on delivery service to ensure that all items arrive safely at their designated address. If you would prefer your item to be left in a safe location at the delivery address then please specify in your order notes.

We also ship to USA, New Zealand and Singapore at an additional cost. Please contact us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au for a shipping price.

NOTE: there are restrictions on some products being shipped to International destinations.

 

 

OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something's not quite right, here's how to return it.

Full-Priced Items

Full-priced items* can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Refund

To be eligible, items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all packaging and components included—just as we sent them. We inspect and document all items before dispatch and upon return to ensure quality and consistency.

Used or damaged items will not be accepted and must be collected by the customer.

*Please note: Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds via PayPal

If you paid with PayPal and request a refund, a return fee of up to 3% (based on the purchase price) will be deducted from your refund.


Sale Items

Items marked down more than 20% are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 3–5 business days to process the funds once we issue the refund.


Return Shipping

Please include the Greens Footwear returns card that came with your order. Items must be securely packed in a satchel (reusing the original satchel is fine).

⚠️ A $5 restocking fee will apply if the shoe box is returned with tape or labels stuck directly to it, or if the box is damaged in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au with the following details;

  1. Order Number
  2. Details of the fault
  3. Photos
    • Soles of both shoes
    • Tops of both shoes
    • Fault

Please allow up to 48hrs for our faulty claims manager to respond to your email.
