OUR RETURNS POLICY Full priced footwear and clothing purchases are eligible to return for exchange, store credit, or refund, provided the shoes are returned within 30-days of receiving them, and in an as-new condition with all original packaging and components included. Items being returned for a refund incur a 3% (of purchase price) return fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. Sale items which are reduced 20% or more are eligible for a store credit only. Refunds are processed via original payment method. Your financial institution may take between 3-5 business days to allocate the funds to your account. Return postage is payable by the customer and Australia Post is recommended. When returning your items, please complete the Greens Footwear returns card located with your purchase and package your items in a satchel (original satchel is acceptable). An additional $5 restocking fee will apply on any orders where the box is damaged by postage labels or tape being applied directly to the shoe box. We accept returns by post or items by be dropped off in store.
